Aquinnah Deed Prices Range From $41,019 To $2.65 Million In Latest Sales
Aquinnah recorded seven property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, with prices disclosed on six. Sale prices ranged from $41,019 to $2,650,000, with a median of $373,779. The month's top transaction was 382 Lighthouse Rd, which sold for $2.65 million on July 21. Old South Road and Lighthouse Road each saw two sales. Four of the seven deeds involved a bank, loan servicer or mortgage-registration entity as grantor or grantee, and two involved family trusts. The data set is too small to characterize the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
