Aquinnah records seven deed transfers as banks take back three properties
Seven property deeds were recorded in Aquinnah between July 10 and Aug. 8, with six of the seven disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $41,019 to $2,650,000, with a median of $473,779. The largest transaction was 382 Lighthouse Road, which sold for $2,650,000 on July 21 from David Tiersten to Tlyamy Family LLC. Lighthouse Road and State Road each saw two recorded sales, and three of the seven deeds listed a bank or mortgage-related entity as buyer. The small sample size and mix of transaction types limit broader conclusions about market conditions this period.
