Aquinnah Records Six Deeds as Prices Range From $41,000 to Nearly $2 Million
Six property transfers recorded in Aquinnah from July 31 to Aug. 29. Prices among the five disclosed sales ranged from $41,019 to $1,969,000, with a median of $147,558. The month's largest transaction was 7 Maple Hill Drive, which sold for $1,969,000 as a trust transferred the property to JPMorgan Chase Bank NA. Old South Road saw two separate sales, at $600,000 and $100,000. Banks or bank-affiliated entities were named as buyer or seller in four of the six recorded deeds, and one transaction listed no sale price, consistent with normal deed-recording variation.
