Two Deeds Recorded in Aquinnah as Data Limits Market Picture

A second transfer, recorded Aug. 31, moved from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. to William T. Lake, trustee of the East Pasture Trust, with no price disclosed. With just two recorded deeds and one disclosed price, the data set is too small to establish a price range, median or broader market trend for the period.
